Machines inclusesKS-FF3300 Flatwork Folding Machine: a high-performance automated flatwork folding system engineered for high-volume commercial and industrial laundry operations. Designed to automate folding of bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, table linen and other flatwork textiles to improve productivity and ensure consistent folding quality. Four independent folding channels, up to five folding layers, variable conveyor speed, PLC-controlled folding system and compatible with optional KS-FFA1 or KS-FFA2 stackers to provide fully automated folding, stacking and sorting.
KS-FFA1 Automatic Single Stacker: optional stacking module for integration with the KS-FF3300. Automatically stacks folded linen (single stacking station), PLC-controlled, pneumatic stacking mechanism, compact footprint for efficient linen handling.
KS-FFA2 Automatic Double Stacker: advanced stacking and sorting module for integration with the KS-FF3300. Dual stacking stations provide automatic stacking and sorting of folded linen, enabling continuous processing and improved workflow efficiency.
KS-FM3300 Automatic Feeding Machine: high-performance flatwork feeding system to spread, align and feed bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, table linen and other flatwork textiles into industrial flatwork ironers. Vacuum-assisted feeding, perforated conveyor belt, variable feeding speed control, LED inspection lighting and efficient air suction to minimise wrinkles and improve ironing quality.
